Gina's Closet is an outreach ministry of First Church of Christ in Garrett. We feel blessed to have the opportunity to give people clothes and share the love of Jesus. We offer clothing, toiletries, winter coats, hats, gloves, and more. Everything is FREE.

The Story of the Cup of Blessing
The beginning of Cup of Blessing all began when God gave a vision to two people, who had never met. Both had a passion to serve God and be obedient to His Word by sharing His great love and helping those in need. One had the perfect vision of what the mission was to do; the other had been in business and researched the makings of a coffee and gift shop, believing it would happen, yet knowing it was for a time and place such as this (and had even looked at this building years prior for a coffee and gift shop, though it was occupied at the time and not available).
Hearing Brother Bud Owen share what God had shown him during a Sunday Service, one of his parishioners of the First Church of Christ of Garrett, left to share the vision with his mother, knowing in his heart that God was about to move in a great way. The "two" were introduced and the planning began, bringing what you see today as Cup of Blessing into reality.
Many wonderful people in the church as well as throughout the community have stepped forward to donate time, talents, equipment, money and materials to make this great work happen. Our trained staff are all working on a volunteer basis, with no one person being paid for their service.
When you purchase anything from the Cup of Blessing, all proceeds go to help the needs of those in our community. All donations, whether in gratuities or direct donation, will be used to give hope to those who see what seems impossible. Your purchase will help change the lives of many and will help us to make a difference in our community.
